“Alles in allem war es ganz okay, die bikes waren in einem guten Zustand, das eine hatte zwar etwas quietschende Bremsen aber das ist okay. Leider habe ich einen Schlüssel von einem Schloss verloren und habe schonmal im internet nach dem Preis für das schloss geguckt; kostenpunkt 20€. Der vermieter verkauft diese für 28€. Laut Mietvertrag zahlt man 3€ bei Verlust. Ich musste 14€ zahlen, weil der vermieter hier zwischen der Qualität des schlosses unterscheidet. Dies war weder mündlich, noch vertraglich abgemacht. Nichts wildes, aber das grenzt an Abzocke. Zudem wurden wir von der Polizei angehalten, weil wir Nachts keine Warnwesten anhatten. Diese mussten wir im Nachhinein vom Vermieter erwerben, da diese nur zum Verkauf und nicht zum mieten waren. Die Aussage vom Vermieter: „ich wusste nicht, dass Ihr auch nachts fahrt". Dies sollte klargestellt werden, bevor man die Bikes vermietet. Mein Rat an euch: liest euch den Vertrag genau durch und lasst ihn im Zweifel korrigieren.”

“De super velos en très bon etat. Un patron adorable qui se plie en 6 pour rendre vos rando plus confortables (le premier jour, débarqués de l'avion, nous avions les bagages). Il nous a prêté sacoches tendeurs etc. Très facile d'accès depuis l'aéroport. On recommande chaleureusement”

“Me and my friend we rented 2 bikes for 3 days, the owner Saul was very kind and patience to explain and let us choose the bikes fit us the most. Price was very reasonable, there were no extra cost for the locks, baskets and lights. We were both very happy with the bikes, we biked well more than 100km without problem. When we were returning we were a bit lost by Google map and behind our schedule, but the owner were still waiting for us and still being very polite and kind to us while we know he was in a rush to leave (we were very very sorry about that), we really appreciated his time and want to thank him again. We were very happy and satisfied with this bike rental shop and will definitely come back next time when we're on the island!”

“Me encantó la experiencia con Bike Doctor. Saúl fue super profesional. Estaba un poco nerviosa por ser mi primer viaje en bici pero me sentí muy cómoda con ella, me dejaron todo lo necesario y me dieron la seguridad de un seguro por si me pasaba algo por el camino. La atención también fue muy buena, me respondían a mis dudas y fueron flexibles con mi día de entrega. Sin duda está super experiencia que viví se la debo en gran parte a Saúl! Lo recomiendo al 100%. “Excellent service, very easy to walk 25mins from airport along the new foot/cycle path, great quality bikes well maintained. Helmet, repair kit, pump and lock included. Very helpful and friendly owner. Lanzarote great for cycling, the road users are very aware of cyclists. 10/10 highly recommended.”

“Nos solucionó una papeleta importante, fuimos mi amigo y yo a recorrer Lanzarote y Fuerteventura con nuestras bicis y vino a recogernos al aeropuerto, montamos las bicis en su tienda y se quedó con las cajas y a la vuelta del viaje allí nos estaban esperando, las guardamos y nos llevó otra vez al aeropuerto. Un servicio de lujo si vas a hacer algo así o la Gran Guanche. También te puede conseguir caja para la bici para el aeropuerto. Muy buen servicio. Estamos muy agradecidos.”

“Rented E bikes x3 from here. Great bikes, in great condition. Really easy to navigate the bikes and the terrain. Had such fun with very little effort. Saul was really lovely to deal with, very helpful & friendly, excellent English, very accommodating. Don’t hesitate to rent a bike from this business!!”
